TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

( ALL MEASUREMENTS ARE TO ROUNDED TO THE NEAREST 1/8" ) 

Principals materials - Made from agglomerate wood, laminated 1/3" and postformed, and/or melamine finish. Metal sheet of first quality cold formed, lacquered with epoxy powders at 180°. 

Work tops for desks, tables and returns - Laminated postformed, 1"thick, finished on the short sides with ABS 1/8" border. 

Ergonomic work tops - Made from melamine, 1" thick, with perimetrical ABS 1/8" border. 

Metal structures - Legs are made with the use of a rectangular metal mounting 1/8"x1/4" and cold formed metal sheet (1/8" thick). In the upper part, there are 4 holes, for the clamping of screws for the work-top. On the side of the leg, there are four vertical slots for receiving the head of the beam and one appropriate hole, dimensioned for the passage of the plug cables. In the back of the leg, is a fixed special three-way PVC channel, for the positioning of the cables vertically, covered by a casing with a joint closure. In the lower part, are two fixed level regulating PVC feet. 

The beams are produced from cold formed metal sheet (1/8" thick), rectangular shaped, with extendable ends, completed with a removable cover, for the inspection of the cables. 
Corners-terminals and conference-end - Work-top made of medium density, 1"thick, lacquered with scratch resistant finish. Connecting metal bracket and adjustable tubular supports 40"radius, dark grey lacquered (GS). 

Metal pedestals - (Mobile and fixed, structures and drawers). - Body, drawers, sides and fronts, made of 1/8" steel layer. Hanging and mobile pedestals, with and without stationery drawer. Fixed pedestals 29 " Combining with desk's top, with two depths. (in. 24" and 32" ), completed with stationery drawer. Filing drawer, "fifth wheel" anti-tilting, extractable drawer on telescopic runners. Key with bendable head. Metal runners on drawers, with anti-friction nylon rollers. Simultaneous Yale-type lock, complete with a key, soft integral bendable head. Handles "shell-type" made of soft ABS, fixed to the front of the drawers. Castors with carter and double track in stiff PVC, complete with steel fastening pin. Levelling feet adjustable, for the standing fixed pedestals, in stiff PVC, with adjusting knob, in threaded steel. Stationery basket in black PVC. 

Tops and front of drawers for the mobile pedestals are made with laminated postformed 1/8", while on the fixed pedestals the top is 1" thick, in melamine. 

Cabinets - Structure and shelves in melamine faced agglomerate wood 1/8" thick. Adjustable shelves attached to the sides by a special nylon joint, capable of sustaining horizontal stress. Levelling feet adjustable from the inside, in stiff PVC with steel adjusting knob. 

Cabinet accessories - Adjustable metallic shelf, 1" thick 1/3" sheet metal, predisposed to hold vertical hanging folders. Frame for vertical haging folders in sheet metal, can be completely pulled-out and has a steel sliding guide with rollers. 

Doors - Doors in postforming laminate, 1/8" thick. Upper and lower borders in ABS 1/8"radial, same colour. Transparent doors made of smokey-grey glass 1/5" thick, mounted on a perimetrical frame with an alluminium extruded profile, painted opaque black. Metal hinges with a 110° opening, attached to the side by metal bases with 3 position adjustment. Yale-type locks for the doors including a key with PVC soft integral head. Handles "shell-type" made of soft ABS. 

Tops - In 1" thick postforming laminate. Side borders in 1/8"radial, same colour ABS.
