The owner of Frederic Spector Design Studio in Providence, Rhode Island, he specializes in making patio furniture for homes and offices as well as lighting products. Spector trained in industrial design at the Rhode Island School of Design and has over the years created products such as outdoor patio furniture set for several companies including Pottery Barn, Williams-Sonoma, Dansk and Smith & Hawken.
