I go by my instincts and (some left-over common-sense..) when it comes to choosing home office furniture for work. Call it critical eye for details, but I like to meditate on different factors when I look for practical office furniture and home office storage. Home offices have peculiar needs that are different from regular offices. For instance, I don't like bulky furniture from discounted home office furniture store, the ones that clutter valuable space. At home, you can't be too liberal with space and I find most office furniture made to lavishly spread around your home like a compelling warship. Exaggerations apart, but I seriously feel the need to have functional, elegant and space-saving furniture that does not have an overbearing presence.
